VeeiQ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our Services for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to reverse-engineering, attempting to extract source code, or using the apps for illegal activities.
2. Local-First Data Liability
Because our core utility applications are designed to be "local-first," your data (such as scanned documents and PDFs) is stored exclusively on your device, unless you explicitly choose to back it up using third-party services. VeeiQ does not host, mirror, or back up your files. VeeiQ is not responsible or liable for any loss of data, document corruption, or hardware failure that results in the loss of your local files.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to our Services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, or publication of any part of our Services is strictly prohibited.
4. Third-Party Services & Ads
Some of our free applications may utilize third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdMob. Your interaction with these third-party services is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. VeeiQ is not responsible for the content, safety, or privacy practices of third-party advertisers.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeeiQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
