1. Who we are
VeeiQ is the developer of VeeiQ Gaming Hub, a gaming companion app for Android that provides a game launcher, one-tap session setup, an optional in-game overlay with device readings, and on-device session statistics.
2. Information we collect & Device readings
VeeiQ does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on VeeiQ servers. All app data — game profiles, per-game settings, session records, statistics, sensitivity configurations and claw layouts — is created and stored locally on your device only, inside the app's private storage. VeeiQ Gaming Hub displays device readings such as battery level, battery temperature, available memory and display refresh rate. Session statistics, including play time and frame-cadence measurements, are processed and stored locally. Frame-cadence measurements are not measurements of a game's rendered FPS.
3. Internet and network use
The app declares the Android INTERNET permission for two narrowly-scoped features only: Purchases: When you choose to unlock VeeiQ Pro, the app connects to Google Play Billing. Purchase authorization, payment and entitlement are handled by Google on Google's own infrastructure. VeeiQ never handles your payment instrument and receives only a signed purchase confirmation from Google Play, which is verified on your device. Network quality test (optional): The optional network-latency test connects to a public endpoint at 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare public DNS) to estimate connection latency. This is not a direct measurement of latency to a particular game server. The endpoint receives ordinary network connection information, including the device's public IP address. VeeiQ does not receive or store this IP address through its own server infrastructure. Test results are stored only on your device. A network peer you connect to (such as Cloudflare's resolver) receives your device's public IP address as part of the connection itself, as with any network activity. VeeiQ does not receive, retain, or use IP addresses, does not infer location from them, and does not transmit your gaming data. All other functionality — game library, session setup, HUD, sensitivity and claw references, session analytics — works with no network connection.
4. Data sharing & Local data
Gaming profiles, settings and session records are stored locally on the device. VeeiQ Gaming Hub does not share locally stored gaming profiles, session records, or device telemetry with VeeiQ or third-party servers. The only exceptions are: Google Play Billing fraud and entitlement data handled by Google, on Google's systems, when you make a purchase — covered by Google's Privacy Policy. Android's standard share sheet: If you choose to share a report, configuration, match card, or claw-layout image through Android's sharing features, the destination app or service you select may receive that content under its own privacy practices. The destination is chosen by you; VeeiQ does not receive a copy.
5. Permissions we request
Display over other apps: draws the optional HUD overlay over your game. Modify system settings: applies brightness and rotation lock during a session. Do Not Disturb access: silences notifications during matches and restores them after where supported. Notifications: session reports and the optional weekly summary. Exact alarms: timing of the weekly report; the app degrades to inexact timing if this is denied. Wake lock: keeps the display or active companion service awake during an ongoing session or optional AFK touch lock. Internet: purchases and the optional latency probe only (see §3). Every permission is optional, requested only when you use the related feature, and revocable at any time in Android settings. Settings changed during a session (brightness, rotation, volume, Do Not Disturb) are restored automatically when the session ends where supported.
6. Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13. VeeiQ does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
7. Data retention and deletion
Because all data stays on your device, you control retention entirely. You can delete individual records in the app, clear all data in the app's Settings, or uninstall the app — which removes all app data.
8. Security
No data is transmitted to VeeiQ servers, so there is no server-side store to protect. Data at rest lives in your device's app-private storage, which Android isolates from other apps.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. Material changes that affect your choices will also be surfaced in the app or in the store listing.
